Wedge Salad

4 servings A steakhouse favorite. Iceberg is classic, but romaine or butter lettuce may be substituted (cut them into serving-sized wedges).
Ingredients
- 1 Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing or Ranch Dressing (opens in new tab)
- 4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
- 1 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs, finely chopped (opens in new tab)
- 1 head iceberg or butter lettuce
- (1 medium tomato, diced)
- 1 ¼ cup minced chives, red onion, or Quick-Pickled Onions (opens in new tab)
- (2 radishes, thinly sliced)
- Freshly cracked black pepper

Step 1.
Have ready: Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing or Ranch Dressing; 4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled; 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs, finely chopped

Cut into 4 wedges, leaving the core intact to help hold the leaves together: 1 head iceberg or butter lettuce

Place the wedges on serving plates and drizzle with dressing to taste. Sprinkle with the bacon, egg, and: (1 medium tomato, diced); ¼ cup minced chives, red onion, or Quick-Pickled Onions; (2 radishes, thinly sliced); Freshly cracked black pepper
