Prepare

  • apples, peeled, cored, sliced

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

    Peel, core, and slice the apples. Cook with dates in water to cover until the apples are tender. Water should be almost evaporated.

  2. Step 2.

    Cool the mixture and put through food processor. Put in bowl and add nuts, vinegar, and grape juice. Add optional ingredients, if desired. If too thick, add more liquid.

  3. Step 3.

    Chill and serve.
