Let's Prepare

Collect

Gather these ingredients — no prep needed yet.

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 can large biscuits

Prepare

  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled smoked bacon, crumbled
  • Shred 1 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • Dice 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • Chop 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Let's Cook

  1. Step 1.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Step 2.

Open the cans of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Place the biscuit pieces in a large bowl along with the cooked crumbled breakfast sausage, cooked crumbled smoked bacon, shredded pepper jack cheese, diced red bell pepper, and chopped green onions. Toss everything together until evenly combined.

  3. Step 3.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared Bundt pan, spreading it evenly. Let the pan sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the biscuits to absorb some moisture and begin to rise slightly.

  4. Step 4.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the monkey bread is golden brown on top and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate. Serve warm.
