Easy Fruit Pie
A simple fruit pie made with frozen peaches and blueberries, topped with a buttery crumble. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for a delightful dessert.

- 454 g frozen sliced peaches
- 1 frozen blueberries
- 118 ml sugar
- 4.93 ml lemon juice
- 59.1 ml cornstarch

- 454 g frozen sliced peaches
- 1 frozen blueberries

Step 1.
Mix together with fork or pastry blender until crumbly: 2 1/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 sticks butter (3/4 cup). Reserve almost 1 cup for topping.

Step 2.
Press remaining mixture on bottom and up sides of 9-inch springform pan.

Mix together and pour on top of shell: 16 oz. frozen sliced peaches (or 6 fresh), 1 box frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice, 4 tablespoons cornstarch (or instant tapioca), pinch each nutmeg and cinnamon.

Sprinkle with remaining topping.

Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
